Where others emphasise their sales, we focus on after-sales and service. We offer quick and efficient help by telephone or e-mail and even on-site, if required.
If you want to know more about your devices, talk to our partners. Many of our partners offer in-house training. Some even offer on-site training using your own equipment.
If you do encounter a problem with your GANSHORN device, we will be happy to help you. Please have the serial number of your device and the version of the software that you are using at hand. Measurement and calibration printouts sent to us via email or fax would also prove very helpful, possibly enabling us to solve your problem while you are on the phone. GANSHORN devices are service friendly and easy to maintain.
